My family placed a large to go order for wings. We ordered 24 of them to be honey BBQ flavored as we had some that wanted no heat on their's. They were supposed to be the least hot on the chart and out of all we ordered and ended up being one of the hottest and 3 of us couldn't eat them! We were kinda sad as it was 2 kids and my elderly mom that couldn't eat any of them.

Severely disappointed with the quality they have/lack anymore. Worked a 13hr shift doing construction+landscaping related stuff, wanted something tasty and was willing to pay the premium for great quality food and a drink. Even Tipped before tasting the pickup order. My drink tasted like it had 1/4 of a shot in it, could barely tell it was an alcoholic beverage. And the boneless wings I ordered looked like Tyson chicken nuggets that were microwaved from frozen. Soft and just mushy crap tasting, no crispiness, no doubt in my mind it was some garbage processed giant eagle frozen Tyson chicken bites. Pretty heart broken, it seems almost every restaurant is going downhill with nobody reaching for the top spot. Just not even okay level food, which sucks because everyone else's that ordered in looked and smelled like their food was really great while I stood there waiting for mine. Got home 5 minutes after getting my order, food still hot enough, and it was sadly pretty trash. I had 2 of my boneless wings and couldn't choke down another soggy one. Sauce is okay, tastes like from a pre-made bottle. If I wanted microwave chicken nuggets for a meal, I would have gotten them and done that. I

After two minutes of sitting down, I started a timer. Seven minutes later, someone came over and took my drink order. Six minutes later, I was served my beer. Way too long. I ordered food and my glass sat empty until they brought the food. Realy slow service, based on servers not paying attention to customers. Food was excellent, but customer focus needs work.

This spot features plenty of screens for catching every game and offers comfortable bar seating with a great view of the action. We tried the wings and the burger, which were decent and filling, though on the leaner side rather than being particularly juicy. It is a solid choice if you are looking for a place to grab a drink and watch the sports you love.

TL;DR: Worth another try after many disappointing visits. I’ve been coming to this Wing Warehouse location for quite some time. I wouldn’t call myself a regular, but I visit often enough to notice trends in both service and food quality. I was hesitant to come back based on my experiences so far this year. Like many other reviewers noted, service had become consistently poor—10–20 minutes before anyone acknowledged the table, servers acting annoyed by your presence, and 45 minutes to an hour wait times for even a basic wing order. That said, I wanted to watch some college rivalry games and eat wings. After reading recent reviews that echoed my past experiences (just to see if things changed), I decided to come anyway since I wasn’t in a rush and knew what I was getting into. This visit was completely different. I sat down and was greeted within one minute by Skylar. Drinks came out promptly. Orders were taken efficiently.
